We’re searching for an Associate Relationship Representative to join our Sales team, so that we can support our Emerging Account customers throughout the sales process. The Associate Relationship Representative will form and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate business growth.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate and inform about RLDatix’s services
- Understand client’s needs in order to strategically align their needs to our connected healthcare operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client’s expectations are met
- Identify potential opportunities as well as manage renewals process to facilitate business growth
- Document and update customer accounts within Salesforce to ensure data integrity
- Prior experience in a customer facing role within a Sales team
- Proven success in a position requiring strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in how to use Microsoft software products
- Ability to commute to Toronto twice a week and travel to USA as needed
- Commitment to working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
