Description De Poste

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, vous devez produire ou réparer des pièces de précision en utilisant à la fois un équipement et de vous assurer des opérations efficaces afin d’optimiser la fabrication vous aurai aussi à :

  • Effectuer des soudures MIG et/ou TIG sur des assemblages mécaniques d’acier, d’acier inoxydable et d’aluminium;
  • Exécuter un travail exigeant une connaissance pratique des propriétés des différentes catégories de métaux, des tiges à souder, des températures de soudure, des relâchements de tension (refroidissement), des tolérances sur les ajustements et le machinage et aussi les effets du rétrécissement, de la déformation et de l'expansion;
  • Concevoir et fabriquer des fixtures simples pour faciliter la fabrication des pièces;
  • Travailler en équipe et collaborer de manière autonome;
  • Tester et vérifier la conformité de la qualité des pièces fabriquées en utilisant des instruments de mesure conventionnels et ajuster les réglages au besoin;
  • Assurer la propreté du poste de travail, de la machine et du maintien en état des outils et des instruments de mesure qui lui sont fournis;
  • Capacité d’utiliser des outils de mesure tel que micromètre, pied à coulisse, comparateur à cadran, etc.;
  • Capacité à lire et comprendre un dessin technique ainsi que ses tolérances;
  • Effectuer l'entretien préventif quotidien de la machine;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes reliées aux postes.

Compétences Recherchées

  • Certificat ou Diplôme en formation de Soudage / Montage ou expérience équivalente;
  • Plus de 3 ans d’expérience;
  • Maîtriser la lecture de plan et tolérancement géométrique;
  • Bilingue (fonctionnel) est un atout;
  • Avoir une attitude positive;
  • Être soucieux du travail bien fait et avoir le sens des responsabilités.

Salaire : À partir de 23 $/heure

Heures prévues : 40 heures par semaine

  • Quart de jour du lundi au vendredi midi;
  • Quart de soir du lundi au jeudi (4 jours + prime).
