Note: This position may be offered as a Hybrid role to help us hire the best of the best

Qualified candidates must be self motivated and driven for success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships/rapport with various buyers across the market.
Onboard additional dealers to grow the existing network
Manage the sale of inventory across multiple channels (Auctions, Direct Dealerships, Rental companies, etc).
Inspect vehicle conditions, damage reports, and accident history to strengthen sales decisions.
Effectively coordinate/collaborate with multiple departments (Reconditioning, Logistics and Accounting).
Hit weekly targets based on assigned sales requirements.
Manage vehicle inventory and upload to our e-commerce platform.
Please be advised that this role requires travel within Ontario and to the USA. You must have a valid passport and the ability to travel freely over the border to be considered for this role.

Your profile

Education & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years experience relating to automotive Wholesale and Used vehicle sales
Experience selling vehicles in a dealership environment is considered a valuable asset,
Post Secondary Degree (asset)
OMVIC certification (asset)
Previous experience with CRM programs and other related software

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & abilities:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for automobiles and an adept knowledge of vehicle brands, makes, models and market trends
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and expertly prioritize tasks to optimize output
Proven experience juggling multiple ongoing projects
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
Exceptional communication, problem resolution, and customer service skills
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively as a team player or individual contributor
Ability to perform at a high level of mental and physical capacity across diverse working conditions
