As a proactive communicator dedicated to delivering EPIC customer experiences, the CES is a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This role manages the full order cycle, supports commercial growth, and ensures seamless product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts from onboarding through daily operations Address customer inquiries directly and resolve issues efficiently Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and the commercial team Oversee the order cycle from entry to delivery Coordinate with suppliers around the globe for accurate and timely fulfillment of orders Collaborate with internal supply chain, logistics, and trade services teams to ensure on-time deliveries Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages Enter and manage purchase orders and sales orders into ERP (SAPB1) Create new items in SAPB1 as needed for your customers Create customer schedules and prepare internal reports Proactively communicate updates and confirmations to clients Process credit/debit notes for suppliers/customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Fluent in English (French bilingualism preferred) 2+ years in Customer Service,
