**Overview of the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a reputable Long-Term Care/Assisted Living facility in Kamloops, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for the elderly and possess excellent communication skills.
**Estimated Salary: $45.00 per hour + travel allowance + accommodation + weekly allowance**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Perform comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing from an accredited program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Flexible scheduling, including day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, on-call, and weekends as needed
**Additional Information**
- A valid BCCN&M registration is required
- A vehicle is preferred but not mandatory
