We are seeking a project management professional who is well organized and has the business acumen to ensure projects are running smoothly and within cost parameters. We are looking for a team player with solid communication skills (both verbal and written). Create timelines and track construction project schedules to ensure teams are being utilized most effectively. Visit worksites to build relationships with team members, monitor progress and maintain communication with client, crews, vendors and subcontractors related to the project. Follow the company cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Communicate regularly with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to build strong relationships. Research and analyze cost data for review and presentation. Civil Engineering or Construction Management diploma is an asset ~ 7+ years proven experience within the civil construction industry or related field ~ Computer skills and software experience including Microsoft Office Applications. ~ Experience with Bid2Win, Heavy Bid, Acumatica, or Maestro is an asset. ~ Knowledge of MTO book 7 Traffic Control Requirements. ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Travel: Ability to travel within Southwestern Ontario as required to meet and network with clients and attend industry events.
