The Comfort Group is a dynamic organization seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive sales growth in our retail locations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact between our retail partners and potential customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience and delivering outstanding customer service.

Your primary objective is to engage potential clients, educate them about our home comfort solutions, and generate interest in learning more about our offerings. This role requires an individual who thrives on sparking people's interest in saving money, increasing home comfort, and ultimately generating leads for our outside sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attracting and communicating with potential clients in our retail partners' locations, informing them about our home comfort solutions, discussing the benefits of refreshing their HVAC equipment, and answering questions about our products and services.
  • Pre-qualifying potential clients and generating them as leads, growing our Home Comfort Advisers pipeline and supporting sales targets.
  • Uploading and updating new client information to our Customer Service Representatives.
  • Supporting our Retail Partners' marketing campaigns and initiatives.
