Position: Desktop Support Location: Chatham, ON - Onsite Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience with Windows environments, hardware configuration, and IT support tools. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office/O365, VPN, and other business applications. Support hardware components including RAM, HDD/SSD, network adapters, monitors, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity , user accounts, profiles, and system permissions. Perform system upgrades, patch installations, and routine maintenance activities.
