About the Role:
Harrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare delivery, you will provide expert care and support to our clients, upholding established clinical standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care plans for clients as prescribed by their physician or nurse practitioner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client health records, assisting with health history documentation and charting.
- Administer services including immunizations, flu clinics, travel medicine assessments, ear irrigation, liquid nitrogen treatments, and other treatments as needed.
- Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, managing stock levels, expiration dates, and organization.
- Sterilize medical instruments and equipment using autoclaving procedures.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to promote care plans and act as a resource.
- Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a licensed practical nurse with 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. You must have a strong commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care. Additionally, you should be able to maintain accurate and confidential client health records and administer various medical services.
