**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Campbell River, BC. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to business growth strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operational Management: Oversee pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provide clinical services, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking pharmaceutical supplies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train pharmacy staff, manage scheduling, and foster a positive team environment.
**Requirements:**
- Pharmacist License: Must hold a current pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
- Possess current Injection Certification.
