You will provide the level of service required of the most valued customers, exercising agility and a customer-focused attitude to ensure an exceptional experience. You will act as the personal liaison for our customers within a dedicated book of business, ensuring that expectations are set and met while accomplishing buyer goals and buyer conversion. In this role, you will need the ability to work with stakeholders at varying levels within the company independently or in coordination with the Director of Buyer Experience to resolve problems.
