Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage with multiple locations across BC, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a front-line team delivering Personal Lines and Autoplan services. Benefits & PerksDental, extended health, and life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)On-site parkingPaid time offRRSP matchStable, permanent full-time positionResponsibilities Team Leadership & CultureCoach and support a blended team across Personal Lines and AutoplanFoster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team environmentLead onboarding, hiring, and regular performance coachingReinforce open communication and shared success across the branchClient ExperienceEnsure 5-star client service across all interactionsMonitor renewals and follow-ups to drive retention and reduce reworkSupport complex or escalated client situations professionallyModel proactive, client-focused service habitsBranch Operations & ComplianceOversee scheduling, workflow, and daily branch operationsEnsure compliance with ICBC, insurer, and brokerage proceduresTrack team metrics such as renewals, follow-ups, and lead activityManage a small book of personal lines business and back up autoPartner with IT and Operations to maintain branch systems and toolsCross-Functional CollaborationServe as a communication bridge between the branch and corporate teamsProvide insights to senior leaders to support alignment and service qualityCollaborate with People & Culture, Learning & Development, and other departments to address team readiness and continuous improvementQualificationsLevel 2 General Insurance license required; CAIB or CIP considered an assetExperience leading teams in an insurance or client-facing environmentWorking knowledge of Personal Lines and ICBC workflows and standardsProficient with Epic, Autolink, Policy Center, and insurer platformsStrong organizational, leadership, and client-service skillsSuccessful candidates must pass background checks, including criminal record and credit checkAt Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
