JOB STATEMENT:As the Onboarding, Operations and Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in licensing, contracting, and onboarding for New Win Succession Inc., its Joint Venture partnerships, and acquired books of business. You’ll enjoy a great benefits package and room to grow as you develop your career with us.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative support throughout the due diligence and acquisition process Lead the onboarding process for new books of business and partnershipsObtain licensing in home province of entity and in additional provinces as necessaryObtain and manage Errors and Omissions insuranceCoordinate carrier contracting as requiredComplete and submit transfer forms, follow up with carriers, and reconcile acquired booksInput new books into the Atoms CRM systemConduct ongoing maintenance and updates of all the above activitiesProvide backup for the Office Administrator during higher volume periods and vacationSupport general operations and customer service functions for the house book of businessTake on all customer service responsibilitiesProvide support for advisors with customer related issuesCall and manage orphan blocks of businessQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years’ experience in the life insurance industry in an operations or sales support roleLife insurance license is an assetStrong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in industry tools like ApexaExperience with bookkeeping is an assetSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaborativelyCOMPENSATION:Commensurate with experienceWorldsource is committed to accessibility in employment and to ensuring equal access to employment opportunities for candidates, including persons with disabilities.
