Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, Collections

Toyota Financial Services currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual (English and French) Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.What you will be doing:• Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due• Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements• Answering inbound calls• Negotiate total losses/insurance settlements• Complete other departmental duties as requiredWhat you bring:• Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities• Self-starter with the ability to work independently• Bilingual Preferred– written and oral fluency in English and French• University Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related fieldWhat You Should Know:Our success begins and ends with our people.
