Are you a strong sales leader with industrial gas experience?Our client, a globally recognized Fortune 500 company, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Western Canada in their Packaged Gas Division.This is a high-impact leadership role with full territory responsibility—including coaching field teams, developing customer strategies, and driving revenue in Alberta and neighboring provinces.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Representatives across Alberta and the PrairiesDrive market share growth in packaged gas, welding products, and industrial supply solutionsManage key customer relationships across fabrication, commercial, and industrial sectorsDevelop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, distribution, and product teamsDeliver performance targets, manage territory P&L, and oversee budgeting and forecastingIdentify major business opportunities and support your team in closing high-value dealsWhat You Bring:7–10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial gas, chemical distribution, welding supplies, or similarProven leadership in managing outside sales teams or technical account executivesStrong knowledge of packaged gas applications and industrial customer needsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityExperience managing sales metrics, forecasts, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionallyWhat’s in It for You:Leadership role with regional autonomy and visibilityCompetitive base salary + performance bonusCompany vehicle program + full benefits + RRSP matchingOpportunity to represent a premium global brand in a growth market.
