With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.Responsibilities:As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory.
