Our client, an Insurance Brokerage with a national presence is looking to add more firepower to their Personal Lines team in Oakville, ON. We are excited to partner with them on their search for an experienced Personal Lines Broker who has a strong service background and interested in doing sales through 100% inbound leadsBenefits & PerksBase salary in the range of $55,0000 to $63,000 + commission on retention and new business targets3 weeks vacation + 8 wellness daysRRSP matching after 1st year of employmentResponsibilitiesHandle inbound new business inquiries and provide appropriate risk coverage based on client needsProvide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospectsAssist with servicing existing clients for renewals, changes to policies, endorsements, cancellations, etc.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokersFoster positive relations with underwriters from various carriers and MGAsQualificationsRIBO License2 years' experience selling or servicing personal lines clients in a brokerage settingExperience with EPIC and Applied Rating Systems would be idealPrevious history in successfully meeting or surpassing new business/retention targetsDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
