Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies (FSWC) is a non-profit human rights organization committed to countering racism and antisemitism and to promoting the principles of inclusion, social justice, and Canadian democratic values through advocacy and education.The OpportunityFSWC is seeking a dedicated and collaborative professional to join our Advocacy team as Manager of Strategic Partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy, and under the direction of the Director of Stakeholder Relations and Partnerships, the Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with organizations, communities, and stakeholders that advance FSWC’s mission to combat antisemitism and hate while promoting human rights across Canada.This position will focus on supporting the growth and coordination of partnerships that deliver workplace antisemitism training and other educational programming to private, public, and non-profit sector partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Advocacy team in developing and implementing partnership strategies for FSWC’s workplace antisemitism training and related adult education programs.Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct outreach to organizations interested in FSWC programming.Lead partner engagement and relationship management efforts, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and the effective execution of training initiatives and programs.Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, maintaining accurate records and providing regular analysis and reporting on engagement outcomes and impact.Collaborate with FSWC’s Education and Communications teams to support the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.Assist with special initiatives involving key stakeholder groups such as Jewish teachers, parent networks, and union members.Stay current on issues related to antisemitism, diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace and community contexts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, public affairs, education, or related discipline). Master’s degree an asset.Minimum 3 years experience in partnerships, stakeholder relations, community engagement, or program coordination.Deep understanding of Jewish community life, antisemitism, and related human rights issues.Demonstrated relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with professionals across sectors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong commitment to FSWC’s mission and values.CompensationSalary commensurate with experience.LocationToronto (In-office, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays).To ApplyPlease send a cover letter and resumé to Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy, Jaime Kirzner-Roberts, at jaime@fswc.ca.
