Our mission is to deliver exceptional talent solutions while ensuring a white-glove experience for both clients and candidates.About the RoleThe Video Interviewer (VI) plays a critical role in the candidate journey. You will conduct structured video interviews, evaluate candidate alignment, and provide clear, concise summaries to the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) for client presentation. This part-time role ensures consistency, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience, while also supporting an exceptional client experience.What You Will DoCandidates (70%)Review resumes, profiles, and pre-screen questions in advance.Conduct structured video interviews via Zoom/Google Meet.Apply Squadron’s 5C’s Interview Framework (Confirm Fit, Clarify Depth, Connect Dots, Call Out Flags, Compose the Case).Evaluate candidate alignment with role qualifications, culture fit, and client expectations.Represent clients truthfully with professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.Process & Quality (20%)Submit structured interview recaps, including strengths, flags, and recommendation status.Ensure timely upload of video files, notes, and scorecards.Track progress and update candidate statuses in Squadron’s systems.Maintain consistency in evaluation and reporting to support client decision-making.Collaboration (10%)Partner with the CDM to clarify role requirements, expectations, and feedback.Communicate blockers, wins, and trends in real-time.Contribute to process improvements and share insights on interview outcomes.Who You AreA natural communicator, empathetic and engaging in interviews.Detail-oriented with strong judgment and consistency.Professional, objective, and honest — integrity is non-negotiable.Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-paced environments.Confident making independent assessments while collaborating with the CDM.Committed to providing an exceptional candidate and client experience.What You NeedExperience in interviewing, recruiting, or candidate evaluation (preferred).Strong written communication for concise, accurate notes.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.Quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet.Comfort using Zoom/Google Meet and online communication tools.Core Values (How We Work)Partnership First – We succeed when our clients and candidates succeed.High Standards, Always – Quality and professionalism in every interaction.Ownership & Accountability – We deliver on our commitments.Adapt & Innovate – We solve challenges with creativity and agility.Client & Candidate Experience Above All – Every touchpoint matters.Performance MetricsInterviews Completed per Week (target 15–20).Recommendation Rate & Client Selection Rate – Demonstrating sound judgment.Feedback Turnaround Time – Interview notes uploaded within 1 hour.Interview Summary Accuracy – Aligned with CDM and client expectations.Candidate Experience Rating – Aim for 4.5+/5 if surveys are conducted.Role DetailsType of Role: Remote, Part-TimeHours: Flexible, approx. 15–20 hours per week depending on client loadReports To: Client Delivery Manager
