We are looking for a senior, battle-tested builder who knows how to turn vision into revenue, relationships, and real enterprise value.This is not a job.This is a partnership track.The Senior Business Development Partner will be responsible for building the business side of Mornings in the Lab — creating opportunities, opening doors, structuring deals, and turning our momentum into a scalable commercial engine.This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and loves operating in creation mode.You Will:Work closely with Keith to translate vision into execution.Develop and lead revenue strategy across sponsorships, partnerships, licensing, and new verticalsBuild relationships with agencies, media companies, creators, tools, and communities aligned with our ecosystem strategyArchitect monetization models for the MiTL LIVE Network (shows, segments, branded hours, event integrations, etc.)Source, negotiate, and close high-impact dealsIdentify and pursue strategic growth opportunities that expand the MiTL universeBuild repeatable systems that scaleAct as a senior operator — contributing to direction, decisions, and long-term planning.Who You Are:This role is for someone with a founder’s mindset, NOT a job-seeker.You’re right for this if:You’ve led BD, partnerships, or revenue in a fast-paced startup or media operationYou understand creator ecosystems, live media, entertainment, or techYou’re proactive, resourceful, and extremely comfortable making things happenYou love building something from zero to one (and then one to ten)You don’t need hand-holding — you need a runwayYou want upside, ownership, and an exit — not a cushy salaryYou’re energized by vision, speed, and possibility.What Success Looks Like:In your first 90 days:Strategic partnership pipeline operatingFirst revenue deals closedClear monetization pathways mappedNetwork relationships establishedCo-designed growth roadmap in motionWhat Success Looks Like:We’re flexible and open.
