IntroductionOur client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.What You’ll DoYou will manage full-cycle sales orders, support internal teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients in the food and grocery sector. Your work will directly support the outside sales team and ensure timely, accurate order processing.ResponsibilitiesEnter and manage approximately 20 customer orders daily using a proprietary ERP systemCoordinate with outside sales to provide order updatesFollow up with accounting on credit terms and with purchasing on non-inventory itemsManage RMAs and track open ordersDistribute orders internally for shippingRun daily reports to expedite open sales ordersCommunicate effectively with internal departmentsQualificationsFluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written2 to 3 years of experience in order entry or customer service within a product-focused environmentStrong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator with excellent organizational skillsPost-secondary education requiredMust be willing to complete a criminal background check post-offerBenefits$50,000 to $55,000 base salary (up to $60,000 for highly experienced bilingual candidates)3 weeks vacationFull benefits: Health, Dental, Life, AD&D with 100% premiums paid by the companyLTD coverage (employee-paid)RRSP match up to 2% of salary, effective from day oneFree on-site parkingWhy Work with UsJoin a global company with over 10,000 employees worldwide and a strong Canadian presence.
