Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Surface A&D Analyst to join our clients Land A&D team in Calgary, AB. In this position you will play a critical role in supporting asset acquisition and divestiture (A&D) activities across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of surface land regulations in Western Canada and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency.Location: Calgary, ABShift: Monday – Friday | 8 hrs./dayJob type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contractHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Reviewing and validating land and well schedulesPreparing conveyance documents for closing (asset license transfers, lease conveyances, land title transfers)Updating applicable land systems as requiredIdentify potential risks associated with Surface A&D activities and communicate effectively with internal stakeholdersDetect discrepancies and post-close deficiencies, and implement corrective actionsDrive continuous process improvement and development initiativesAssist with various land-related projects as requestedComplete chain of title reviews and resolve complex A&D issueQualifications:Minimum 10 years of surface land experience, with a focus on A&D activityPetroleum Land Administration certificate or equivalent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills· Proficiency with CS Land, OneStop, ETS, ISC, Land Titles, Abadata, and mapping programsStrong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholdersSolid understanding of regulations for Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and other relevant regulatory bodiesIn-depth knowledge of Western Canada surface regulations (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)Understanding of A&D requirements for Freehold, Crown, and Fee titleStrong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-makingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommitment to continuous improvement and attention to detailMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
