We're implementing new operational systems and scaling to meet increasing demand.The OpportunityWe're seeking a results-driven Sales Estimator to join our leadership team and take ownership of our sales process. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence company growth while working in a dynamic, systems-focused environment. This position offers significant earning potential and career advancement opportunities.What You'll DoConduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial painting projectsClose deals and convert qualified leads into signed contractsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycleCommunicate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clarity and confidenceWork with project management team to ensure seamless handoffsIdentify upsell opportunities and additional services that benefit clientsMaintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM systemRepresent the company with professionalism and integrityWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Proven track record in B2B/commercial sales (3+ years minimum)Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisitionExperience building commercial client relationships and outreach programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all business levelsStrong ability to build rapport and close dealsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseComfortable with technology and learning new systemsProfessional appearance and demeanourExperience selling to property managers, facility managers, or general contractorsBackground in commercial construction, trades, or painting industryEstimating or project management experiencePreferred but not required:Knowledge of painting techniques and materialsExisting network within Ottawa commercial real estate or construction sectorsThe Right Mindset: We value emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and hustle. Commercial sales requires persistence, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate longer sales cycles.
