We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nurses to ensure they provide high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support nurses to ensure they comply with legislated standards of practice and company policies
* Respond to and resolve concerns from community staff, patients, and families
* Provide ongoing leadership through regular meetings and one-on-ones
* Initiate patient safety incident investigations and document findings
* Work collaboratively with nursing team members to support clinical documentation and submission requirements
* Engage patients in problem-solving and provide health teaching and support
* Maintain knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective care

Requirements

* Current RN or RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
* Palliative experience an asset
* Comprehensive patient health assessment skills required
* Proven experience leading and managing a team
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
* Commitment to professional development in clinical practice
* Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
