Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data for reports
  • Overseeing office administrative procedures
  • Supervising 1-2 people

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Organized and reliable
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
