Job Description

We are seeking a Food Server Representative to join our team at Beeryani Indian Bistro & Bar Ltd. As a Food Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and presenting menus in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, and communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of food.
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, and clearing tables as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all needs are met.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following proper sanitation and safety procedures, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Requirements

To be successful as a Food Server Representative, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and efficient service.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
