Job Summary

This role will provide primary support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving client complaints, answering inquiries, and providing information on services offered by Alberta Ltd. o/a Strathcona Registry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information on services and products.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining digital databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
