Job Overview

Dhindsa Travel LTD. is seeking a skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. You will also assist clients/guests with special needs, coordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures: Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the business.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Generate regular reports to management on key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality: Identify and resolve issues, provide guidance and support to staff, and develop strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work: Oversee the workflow, assign tasks, and conduct regular reviews to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery: Ensure the smooth operation of technology and equipment, and arrange repairs as needed to prevent downtime.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, accurate, client focus, team player, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
