About the Role

Flywheel Digital is seeking a seasoned Senior Salsify Solutions Architect to join our growing team. As a key member of our digital commerce solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering proposed solutions that are aligned to client business priorities and provide exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salsify features and solutions, with a focus on global instance management, taxonomy governance, and data architecture strategy.
  • Manage and execute work for multiple enterprise-level Salsify clients, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for the success of your client contracts.
  • Lead discussions with clients to understand business priorities, pain points, and objectives for Salsify within their organization and digital commerce ecosystem.
  • Define and build a recommended Salsify strategy to support the scalable storage and transfer of data to/from multiple systems for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Salsify client relationships, with a strong understanding of Salsify's platform and features.
  • Deep domain expertise in Salsify's platform, including taxonomy governance, global instance management, and data architecture strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to less technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
