Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Determine and establish office routines to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Analyze employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to deliver ongoing support and value.

Requirements
