Job Title: Operations Team Member - Logistics Expert
Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Aurora, Ontario
Job Summary:
The Operations Team Member - Logistics Expert reports to the Operations Manager and plays a vital role in the Operations team. This position involves a wide range of functions to ensure products are shipped promptly to customers across Canada. The primary focus is on learning processes and systems related to customer service and supporting other team members.

Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, Experience):
- Familiar with Canpar/Purolator/UPS shipping systems.
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience in related roles and industry.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively on a team and calmly and methodically address issues & opportunities.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with JDE is an asset.
- Organized with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good with math and numbers.
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Punctual, dependable/on time.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
