This role works remotely in Ontario, focusing on the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance and support revenue growth across the region. This position ensures alignment with overall business objectives and enhances our market position by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with country-level objectives to grow sales and profit.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team by selecting, training, coaching, and developing individuals.
- Communicate the regional vision and objectives clearly, fostering collaboration and teamwork across divisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, hospital systems, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with country departments to ensure operational integrity and compliance with CRM business practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Tachycardia/Bradycardia, Cardiac Surgery, or Cardiovascular product areas.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and over plan performance.
- Travel 50%.
Compensation Package
We estimate the annual salary range for this role to be approximately $120,000 - $150,000, based on national averages and industry standards. This figure includes base pay and potential bonuses or commissions.
