Salary and Benefits

$120,000 per year + performance-based bonuses and extra rewards from our owners, including discounted rates on mortgages, banking, movies, and more.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Marketing Strategist who will play a pivotal role in taking ownership of our post-campaign analytics, developing our omnichannel campaign deployment, and delivering data-driven recommendations for personalized member offers.

This is a hybrid role requiring work in-office five days over two weeks.

Analyze and Optimize
  • You will monitor campaign performance and consult on adjustments to marketing strategy based on your findings.
  • You will conduct post-campaign deep dives, collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Data Science to implement changes to messaging and ensure alignment on objectives.
Grow and Develop
  • You will research new tools, trends, and approaches, and work with vendors to stay up to date with the latest methodologies and best practices in the field.
  • You have a background in data science and experience in marketing and campaign analytics.
  • You can distill data to key relevant findings, create and make presentations, tell a story and use data visualization to enhance your message.
