We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at G.P. SPEEDY DELIVERY HOTSHOT SERVICE LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-35 hours per week. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Scan items and tabulate total payment for goods or services required
  • Receive payment for goods or services and reconcile with sales data
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases
  • Participate in promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in retail sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
