Store Manager Leadership Position

At EightSix Network, we're seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can motivate and develop their team to achieve outstanding sales and service goals.
About the RoleWe estimate that the salary for this position will be around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
As a Store Manager at EightSix Network, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and developing and executing effective operational strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant retail management experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams.

- Monitor and manage store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong customer service focus, with a passion for fashion and styling.
