Primus Workforce Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crane Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Congo, Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of crane maintenance and inspection work, ensuring the safe and productive running of the shift, and providing client support and leadership onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members

Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum up-time for all equipment

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cranes and other equipment

Collaborate with the Project Engineer to ensure the smooth running of the project

Maintain accurate records and update the client SAP system as required

Requirements:

French and English speaking (good written and vocabulary)

Relevant offshore industry experience

Previous experience in a supervisor role

Competent with Crane Maintenance and inspections

Basic IT Skills – Word, Excel
