About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Associate, Sales and Customer Service to join our growing team at Intact Financial Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance solutions, analyzing their needs and promoting products and services.
  • Guide auto and home customers on insurance options, developing and supporting new initiatives with the brokerage network.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, working closely with the brokerage network.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Team player with dynamic and customer-driven skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great computer skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred for this position.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
