Key Responsibilities:
  • Review business activities and coordinate with key stakeholders to identify key requirements.
  • Translate findings into solutions for system efficiencies and optimization.
  • Implement configuration and code changes, approval processes, and custom object implementation.
  • Act as a functional lead for customization, data management, requirements analysis, and business process review.
  • Develop, deliver, and document user onboarding training modules for new users.
  • Assist with the rollout of training and develop training materials.
  • Solicit training feedback, evaluate effectiveness, and make required improvements.
  • Develop and communicate user best practices and incorporate them into training initiatives.
  • Maintain system integrity and ensure accurate and timely export and backup.
  • Maintain communities and partner portals, run deduplication, adoption, data quality tools, and utilization reports.
  • Report findings and develop solutions, provide authorized user access, and deactivate and reassign roles and profiles.
  • Provide user support, including report writing guidance, and fix data records, troubleshoot workflows, approval cycles, delegation, and escalation paths.
  • Develop, configure, and implement appropriate testing for upgrades and patches, and coordinate the release of program and application upgrades and patches to users.
Requirements:
  • Community College – 2-year certificate or Diploma in Marketing.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, Platform Developer Certification, Platform App Builder Certification required.
  • 3-4 years' related work experience.
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud would be considered an asset.
