About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer, CNC/CMM Specialist to join our team at International Rubber Products Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement computer applications for machines and processes, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct work measurement and other studies to optimize production processes and improve quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production teams and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
