Covenant House Vancouver is a leading organization serving vulnerable youth. As a Senior Philanthropy Officer, Corporate & Foundation Giving, you will play a critical role in securing funding to support our cause.

The Impact You Can Make:

  • Build meaningful relationships with corporate and foundation donors, understanding their interests and passions.
  • Communicate effectively with donors through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and written correspondence.
  • Learn about the stories of young people supported by Covenant House Vancouver and share them with donors, highlighting the impact of their donations.
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the Philanthropy team by leading projects and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into Raiser's Edge, ensuring accurate records of donor interactions.
  • Answering the general donations phoneline in a warm and helpful manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Non-Profit Studies.
  • Experience with donor databases, preferably Raisers Edge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $62,915 and $76,896 annually, based on industry standards.
