Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Vene Concept. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing merchandise, developing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Merchandise Management: Arrange products according to planograms, establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure adequate stock levels.
  2. Marketing Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans, including preparing product displays for commercials, advertisements, and fashion shows.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  4. Product Sourcing: Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to identify new and innovative products to add to our merchandise mix.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in marketing, sales, and purchasing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $30.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Windsor, ON.
