Restaurant Manager Job Description

Pizza Hut is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The role requires standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
