We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. This is a temporary position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating project deliverables, and tracking progress. They will also assist with market research and business development, provide event support, update the CRM system, and compile invoices and credit card reconciliation.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems. You will work under pressure and manage shifting priorities, ensuring accuracy and maintaining updated data.
