Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lougheed Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
