Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of our residents. Your clinical expertise will contribute significantly to their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to best practices
- Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCN&M)
- Valid CPR/ First Aid certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately $41.42 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy:

Schedule:
The schedule for this position includes various shifts to accommodate different needs, including 4 on, 2 off (0700-1500), 4 on, 2 off (1500-2300), 4 on, 2 off (0700-1500/ 1500-2300), and 4 on, 2 off (2300-0700). This flexibility allows you to find a suitable fit for your lifestyle.
