Job Title: Logistics Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Lead to join our team at Brimich Logistics & Packaging Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and organize tasks to accomplish the work.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and performing routine clerical duties.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, organize warehouse and work areas, and perform general office duties.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
  • Provide customer service, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work, follow-up on issues with work orders, and have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Handling heavy loads and attention to detail.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, values and ethics, initiative, and judgement.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
