About the Role:

As a Hair Stylist Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to our clients. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Cut, color, and style hair to create unique and personalized looks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base by consistently delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry, and implement them into your work.

Requirements:

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Experience: 1-6 months of experience as a Hair Stylist.
• Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analyze hair and scalp condition.
  • Book appointments.
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatment.
  • Shampoo customers' hair.
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
  • Perform receptionist duties.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be working in a busy barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment, where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.
