Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Wright Construction Western Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines and milestones
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports and records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Leadership for safety excellence course
  • AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word
  • Valid driver's licence, willing to travel
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an industrial construction environment, with a focus on commercial and industrial construction projects. The work will involve working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
