  • Read blueprint, schemas and drawings to ensure accuracy

  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports to track project progress

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Experience with Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project
