Education Director

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to lead our team in providing exceptional educational services to students of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the centre's operations, collaborating with staff, teachers, parents, and students to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Inform and engage with inquiring parents about our educational programs and services.
- Liaise with community members, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses, to foster partnerships and promote our centre.
- Maintain regular contact with parents, meeting with them to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Develop and implement the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy, coaching and mentoring other teaching staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business.
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
- Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.
- Experience with billing cycles and strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps.
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service, with sales experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Saturday - 8:30 am to 3 pm
